These collaboration areas are collocated within employee workspaces and between them to foster cross-pollination and teaming. In addition to the main demo area, the space has a defined path through it, uniting teams and clients through collaboration points. The versatility of the design allows Accenture to show off their talent and show their clients what customized integrated solutions they can create. The design is very flexible, allowing the space to be configured in multiple layouts and working styles depending on the event. The Client Demo space makes up the central hub of the space and brings clients and employees together. To address Accenture’s concerns, the design team created a state-of-the-art Client Demo space in Accenture’s new building. Clear, concise communication served as a constant as the design team worked to earn buy-in from the newly engaged company while maintaining momentum with the Hanley Wood team. The new design approach was so well received, the firm has adopted it as a company standard.Įxpedient decision making became important not only in adhering to the original project schedule, but in a merger that Hanley Wood started with a secondary company. Communicating design intentions with this level of depth enabled the client to make quick, confident decisions. Designer’s credit much of the project’s success to the extra levels of renderings and documentation provided in the schematic design and design development phases. This focal element required immediate engagement of the general contractor and structural engineer to assist with the accompanying technical requirements of opening the slab.Īpart from the addition of a stair, the design team was challenged with maintaining the integrity of their initial design and adhering to the original budget and schedule within the entirely new floor plan. This provided the team with a unique opportunity to introduce an interconnecting stair into the design. World-Aligned Bounding Box: For objects not handled by the special cases above, the clipping area will be based on the object's world-aligned bounding box.The new building that was selected offered space on two separate floors.The sphere's x,y, and z dimensions must be the same. Sphere: If the object was created with formZ's Sphere tool, the clipping area will be spherical.The cube may be rotated as well as moved and scaled. Cuboid: If the object was created with formZ's Cube tool, the clipping area will match the cube exactly.formZ's Rectangle objects work well for this purpose. The plane may be rotated as well as moved and scaled. Plane: If the object is a planar surface, everything in the direction of the plane's normal will be clipped.Render Boolean (Clipping Object): When enabled, object will clip other objects, according to the type of input object.Useful for technical illustrations and architectural renderings. When enabled, Maxwell the object will be excluded from clipping. Clip Hither/Yon planes: Normally, Maxwell enforces formZ’s clip hither and yon planes, if they are enabled in View Parameters.Global Illumination: When enabled, the object will not cast shadows or reflect light back onto other objects.Reflections and Refractions: When enabled, the object will not be reflected or refracted in other objects.Camera in Shadow Channel: When enabled, object will not be included in the Shadow channel.Camera: When enabled, the object will be invisible to the camera, but will still contribute to the lighting calculation (it will cast shadows, refract etc).Currently, the attributes of only one object may be edited at a time (a formZ limitation). Then, under the Attributes tab in the Tool Options Palette, select Maxwell Attributes. To access the Maxwell attributes of a formZ object, select it with formZ’s Pick Tool. These options are useful for post-process compositing with other images.
